1. What does Meet and Greet mean?
Meet and Greet is a service that allows you to drive straight to the airport terminal where you will be met by your professional driver.
Once you are unpacked, you are free to make your way to check-in whilst the driver takes your car and parks it safely for you.
You will be met at the airport terminal upon your return. It is a very convenient service for those travelling with small children, disabled passengers or if you have a lot of luggage.
2. How do I pay for the parking service
Now we have 3 options how you can pay us. – Online payment via PayFast – Direct bank transfer – or cash on delivery
3. Where do we meet?
We will meet at Terminal B departures under the orange board that reads “Valet Parking Drop Off” or if you fly International we will meet you at Terminal A departures
4. How do I pay for monthly parking?
We provide a number of convenient payment options. These include credit cards, automatic bank draft, online payment through our website.
5. Is my online payment safe?
Here at springbok Parking, we take your personal information and security very seriously. Springbok Parking has taken all the necessary steps to be compliant with local and federal laws governing online payments. We are using the most advanced security mechanisms available to insure your information is protected. We are continuously updating our systems to keep up with the latest technological advances in online payment security.
6. Can I be sure that my car will be safe?
Our security record is exemplary. We employ the most up-to-date features to ensure that the security at our car parks is second-to-none:
• Barriers at all entrances and exits
• Heavy duty perimeter fencing
7. What if my flight is delayed and I don't make it back to my car for the time I have booked?
Your car will remain parked safely where it has been for the duration of your holiday. If it’s possible you can let us know you are going to be late.
The extra days your car remains parked will be charged at the car parks gate rate.
8. Do you offer other parking services?
Yes, We now do parking services for all types of vehicles. From your boat, caravan, bike and quad bikes, trailers, trucks. Contact us and we can give you special rates on long term parking
